Winter fruit compote

A warming winter compote, made with a mix of dried fruits, tastes luxurious and is a healthier breakfast choice when paired with Greek yogurt

Cooking Time 15 min

Ingredients

  • 25g dried apricots
  • 10g each dried cherries, blueberries, pears, mango and apple
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 170g pot fat-free Greek yogurt

Method

  1. Put the dried fruit, cinnamon and 100ml water into a pan and simmer for 15 min.
  2. Put the yogurt into a bowl and spoon over the warm fruit to serve.
