Come and see the Healthy Food Guide nutrition editor, Amanda Ursell, in action at the This Morning Live Shopping & Lifestyle Show at Birmingham’s NEC this month (17-20 May).

One of the star attractions of this action-packed show, Amanda will be talking about diet changes that can make your complexion glow and the foods that can ease skin complaints on Friday, 18 May at 2pm.

There’s never a dull moment, with a packed line-up of live talks and demos fronted by your favourite TV presenters from the popular daytime show. The stars of This Morning, Phillip Schofield, Holly Willoughby, Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, will lead the four-day event at the NEC, which promises to bring all the fun of the daily show to a live audience. With plenty to keep you entertained, here are just some of the highlights to look forward to.

SUMMER FASHION

Gok Wan and Lisa Snowden have your summer wedding outfits sorted. The fashionistas will also be on the main stage to share their favourite high-street outfits for every summer occasion. One lucky visitor will be given a full makeover by the This Morning fashion team in the Real Women Style Challenge.

HEALTHY EATING

On the LoSalt Food & Drink Stage, chef Ching He Huang will show you how easy it is to ditch the takeaway and cook your own delicious Chinese food. And if you’re planning the perfect summer barbecue, Ainsley Harriott will be sharing his tips and tricks, offering appetising choices for meat-eaters and vegetarians. Plus John Torode will be cooking his favourite summer dishes.


LOOKING GOOD

There’ll be a masterclass on applying bronzer on the Health & Wellbeing Stage. And if make-up isn’t for you, there’s lots more on offer, as experts share their tips on happiness and staying safe in the sun.
